Meet Danny Arnold - Underwriter, Motor

Danny joined Q underwriting 7 years ago, and has worked in the insurance industry for many years prior.

Currently working in the Q Motor Underwriting department and he deals with a range of products from Motor Trade Road Risk to Public and Private Hire.Danny’s role involves both new business and renewal underwriting and he is often a referral point for the team due to his extensive experience.

Recently, he has been leading the launch of Motors’ latest product - Motor Trade Combined. Danny said, “I’m excited to be a key part in the growth of this product and to watch it go from strength to strength.” For Danny, its not all work; he is a music nerd and supporter of Newcastle United - the latter of which he says is finally becoming an enjoyable experience again.
