Q Underwriting Easter Egg Hunt 2024 Terms & Conditions

1. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry must be in line with the rules.
3. Entrants will receive an entry by clicking on the egg that is found on the Q Underwriting website. There will be four Easter eggs to find over 4 days on the Q Underwriting website from the 25^th – 28^th March 2024.
4. Only one entry per person per day will be entered, regardless of the amount of submissions received.
5. No responsibility is taken for lost/delayed entries.
6. The winner will be drawn at random on 3^rd April 2024.
7. The prize is an Easter Hamper to the value of £50.
8. The winners will be notified via email on 3^rd April 2024; we will not attempt to contact the winner after the notification and if they do not respond after 2 working days, an alternative will be drawn at random.
9. The Prize Draw is open to everybody except employees of Q Underwriting Services Ltd and their family members or relatives, and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw. These people may participate by commenting on LinkedIn, but they will not be included in the Prize Draw.
10. Entrants may not enter the competition on behalf of another person.
11. Q Underwriting reserve the right to change or cancel the terms.
12. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. Q Underwriting retain the right to substitute the prize for one of similar value (if applicable).
14. All participants, including the winner, may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw.
15. All participants, including the winner, consents to us using their photograph and name for publicity purposes.
16. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By providing us your contact details through email you consent to be contacted by us (in line with our Privacy Notice).
18. Privacy Notice: If you submit your contact details to us through the use of the form for the Easter Egg Hunt, we will use this data to notify you if you have won a prize and to communicate with you about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from any of our communications by clicking the relevant link in the emails and can withdraw consent or request the removal of your data from our systems by contacting dpo@pib-insurance.com.
