Q Christmas Quiz 2024 Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance of these conditions
2. Entry must be in line with the rules
3. Entrants will receive an entry by commenting on the relevant Q underwriting LinkedIn post with the correct answer to any question given on 10 posts on the Q Underwriting LinkedIn page, between 9 December 2024 and 20 December 2024.
4. Each person will receive a maximum of one entry for each day that a correct answer is given regardless of the number of times each person enters each day. For example, a maximum of ten entries if you answer the question correctly on each of the ten days.
5. The correct answer to each question is as determined by Q Underwriting (‘Q’, ‘We’, ‘Us’) We will provide the answers on LinkedIn to each question at the end of the competition, on the 20^thof December.
6. No responsibility is taken for lost/delayed entries
7. The winner will be drawn at random on 23 December 2024
8. There are 3 prizes of a £100, £150 and £250 Amazon.co.uk gift cards available, If only one person enters the competition, the person will only be eligible for the 1^st prize of £250
9. The winners will be notified via LinkedIn; if they are not reachable after 5 working days, an alternative will be drawn at random on the 6^th January 2025
10. The Prize Draw is open to everybody except employees of Q Underwriting Services Ltd within the marketing function, their family members or relatives, and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw. These people may participate by commenting on LinkedIn, but they will not be included in the Prize Draw
11. Entrants may not enter the competition on behalf of another person
12. Q Underwriting reserve the right to change or cancel the terms
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash or other prizes
14. Q Underwriting retain the right to substitute the prize for one of similar value (if applicable)
15. All participants, including the winner, may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw; and
16. All participants, including the winner, consents to Us using their photograph and name for publicity purposes
17. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered
18. By providing us your contact details through LinkedIn you consent to be contacted by us (in line with our Privacy Notice)
19. Privacy Notice: If you submit your contact details to us through LinkedIn as part of the ’Christmas Quiz’ competition, we will use this data to notify you if you have won a prize and to communicate with you about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from any of our communications by clicking the relevant link in the emails and can withdraw consent or request the removal of your data from our systems by contacting dpo@pib-insurance.com.
