They have over 4,000 recovery operators across the UK who are signed up and ready to recover customers and their vehicles in the unfortunate event of a breakdown.  Recovery agents will do their best to resolve the issue roadside, however they are also fully equipped to recover the vehicle to a garage or single destination within 10 miles of the incident.

Their UK-based call centre is in operation 24/7, 365 days a year, and the service offers unlimited call outs for all breakdown policies.
